Scratchgames Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1General Terms & Conditions and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Scratchgames platform, including both the website and mobile app. By registering on Scratchgames or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. Please read the entire document carefully before registering.

Although these terms are written in Bengali, international gaming license regulations will govern all legal interpretation. Scratchgames reserves the right to update these terms at any time — you will be notified via your registered email or a platform notification when changes are made.

2Account Registration & Identity Verification

When registering on Scratchgames, you must provide accurate and truthful information — including your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Scratchgames reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered with false or incorrect details.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person or identity, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

Keeping your account login credentials secure is entirely your responsibility. Scratchgames will not be liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password with others or allowing a third party to access your account without authorization.

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Scratchgames supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes to 48 hours.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawing to a different method requires additional verification.

4Betting Rules & Result Determination

All bets placed on Scratchgames are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please double-check all details before placing your bet.

Match results are confirmed through internationally recognised sources (e.g. ICC, FIFA, the relevant governing board). In the event of any dispute over a result, Scratchgames' decision is final.

• If an event is postponed after a bet has been placed and does not take place within 48 hours, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
• Special rules apply to in-play bets if a match is suspended mid-game due to pitch conditions or player changes.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Scratchgames reserves the right to cancel the affected bets.
• If one selection in an accumulator or parlay bet is voided, the bet remains active with the remaining selections.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Scratchgames offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, detailed on the respective offer page. These general terms apply to all bonus types.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been met. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Winnings generated from bonus balance are transferred to your real balance only once the wagering requirements have been met.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance is automatically forfeited once the expiry date has passed.
• If bonus abuse is detected from the same household or IP address, the accounts involved may be suspended.
• A referral bonus is awarded only after the referred person completes registration and makes their first deposit.

6Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Scratchgames. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using deliberately structured betting patterns to abuse the bonus system.
• Transferring funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources via the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or platform glitches for personal gain.
• Threatening or harassing another member.

7Account Closure & Suspension

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. Contact support to submit your request — any outstanding balance will be returned after verification.

Scratchgames may temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If any discrepancy is found during identity verification.
• If suspicious activity posing a security risk is detected.
• To comply with a directive from a legal or regulatory authority.

If you wish to appeal an account closure, you may do so by emailing from your registered address. Scratchgames will respond within 7 business days.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Scratchgames believes betting is entertainment, not addiction — and that belief drives every responsible gaming tool we've built.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: A cap on the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit: A limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cool-off: Pause betting for a set number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Restrict your account on a long-term or permanent basis.

9Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint, please contact the Scratchgames support team first. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may submit a written appeal. The appeals department will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision within 14 business days.

If your issue remains unresolved even after Scratchgames' final decision, you may escalate your complaint to the platform's international gaming licensing authority.

10Terms & Conditions Changes and Legal Matters

Scratchgames may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, at least 15 days' notice will be given via the registered email address or a platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
